How do I start an adventure?
Choose “Find my next adventure,” select a mood, and draw a card. Tap the revealed card to read its three steps, then choose “I’m in.” You can also browse The decks and start any card directly.
How do I add a Plot Twist?
Open an adventure and reveal a Plot Twist for a fresh angle. You can redraw it or skip it entirely. Your chosen twist stays with the moment you collect and appears on its shared story card. There are twenty twists across the five decks. If you do not see this option, update Unscripted to version 1.1 or later in the App Store.
How do I finish and save a moment?
Open your current adventure and choose “I did it. Keep this moment.” Add a reflection or a photo if you like, then choose “Add to my collection.” Both are optional.
Where did my saved adventure go?
Open Collection, then “Saved for later.” Adventures you’ve started also appear on Today. Completed adventures appear under “Collected moments.”
Are my notes included when I share?
No. The exported image includes the adventure, its date, artwork, optional photo, and any chosen Plot Twist. Your written reflection stays private inside your collection.
My photo won’t load.
Try a JPEG or PNG under 25 MB. If your browser cannot open a HEIC image, export it as a JPEG first. The app resizes photos before saving them.
Can I move my collection to another phone?
Automatic cross-device sync and collection import are not included in this version. Share or download story cards before removing the app or changing devices. Your device’s own backup behavior may vary.
How do I make the animations calmer?
Open Settings and enable “Gentler motion.” The app also respects the device’s Reduce Motion preference.
How do I delete a moment?
Open the moment in your collection, choose “Delete moment,” and confirm. This removes its local reflection and photo and cannot be undone through the app.
I see a storage error.
Keep the app open, make sure your device has free space, and retry saving. In a browser, allow site storage. Avoid clearing site data while trying to recover a collection. If a completed moment could not be saved, leave its form open until you can retry.
